CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOW POLICY
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within less than 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.
No-shows or appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the service price. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments.
LATE POLICY
We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive late, your service will be adjusted based on the remaining time available.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show, with the applicable charges applied.
